Excellent job beautiful landing gorgeous airplane. Everybody involved in this project gets a pat on the back! For my own knowledge, please tell me how you handle fuel safety. I hope to do this myself I want to keep safety foremost in my mind as I plan finding it, transporting it, using it on the day, all of it. Thanks again.
Thanks for your nice words. In my case I use jetA1 which we normally buy at small airports following all safety standards and using the right rating containers . At the field, we use overflow tanks to prevent fuel from spilling when filling up models tanks .

You are right …. Believe me, I would have loved for it to work … it worked like a Swiss watch on the ground … but being a scale jet and air retracts I was trying to adjust the swing speed to resemble full scale operation …I definitely choked the airflow in excess which I can most definitely revert. this was a maiden flight with many systems to adjust . Hopefully I will be able to work all kinks and make flights more enjoyable .

Hello SanDiegoUteFan, videographer here. I do not choreograph flights. I video and edit what is presented. I do not know what settings the pilot was using. It's out of rudder on the knife edges, the point rolls and the hesitation rolls. Where's your CG? Curious as I have the same model/engine combo that's not been flown yet and we had to ad a chunk of lead in the nose, despite all the batteries being up there, to get the thing into the recommended range. Not sure what the exact affect is going to be as mine also has Electron retracts which I'm thinking are heavier than the stock stuff so we may have added a bit too much nose weight when setting up the CG.

Good question, I have full ordnance too, yet unflown. Im more concerned about the pylons. The anchor points (to the wing) don't seem to thread into hardwood blocks, just wing skin with maybe 3mm plywood backing. I do know the cg changes, even with less than the full loadout.
Nice flight! I have a set of ordinances for my F16 but never flown with them. Do you have to do anything special to attach them to ensure they don’t come off during flight?

Hello, videographer here. Not sure, BVM Jets calls out for a 120 to 160 newton (12-16 kg / 26.98-35.97 lbs.-force) turbine.
Why push it ????
In the pit area the power to get the aircraft moving can create a lot of noise and air blast. Notice you can see the catch pan move as he pushes it out. Just like the real jets. It takes more power to get the rolling started than to maintain the momentum.
Does Yellow Aircraft still produce this kit?
